Sealing commensurate with the state-of-the-art - a necessity!

Behind this term stand rules that are recognized by practitioners and researchers as being correct and technologically up-to-date. This also applies to the widely cited RAL installation, For window seals, the technical requirements in DIN 4108 part 7 and VOB are clearly defined.
With the forthcoming EnEV, however, the previously only tacitly accepted rules will become law!

A competently installed seal is an interplay between the coordinated outer, inner, and middle sealing levels. All three levels must therefore be viewed as a complete system, and taken into consideration already in the planning phase.

as the weather protection level, must be lastingly watertight against pelting rain and simultaneously permeable for vapor diffusion.

The inner seal,

for the separation of the room and the outside climate, must be airtight and more impervious to vapor diffusion than the outer seal.

between the window frames and the wall must be completely filled with thermal insulating material.

The Result:

cannot get into the joint, where it can cool down and as condensation either damage the construction joint or decrease the thermal insulation. This prevents moisture-related thermal bridges.

What are the advantages

  • Legal security, since an installation commensurate with the state-of-the-art is required by law. Since flaws are not obvious from the air humidity, i.e., are hidden, the statutory period of limitation of 2 or 5 years is void, and according to the BGB (German Civil Code) can be extended to up to 30 years.

Thermografiebilder / Wärmebilder

Wärme wird auf drei Arten übertragen: Wärmeleitung, Konvektion - und Wärmestrahlung. Thermografie macht Wärmestrahlung von Gebäuden (oder anderen Objekten) sichtbar.  

Mit unserer Infrarotkameraausrüstung wird die ansonsten unsichtbare Wärmeverteilung an der Haus- oder Objektoberfläche gemessen und in ein Thermogramm umgesetzt - ein Foto, das Ihnen die Temperaturverteilung mithilfe unterschiedlicher Farben einfach veranschaulicht.
So werden z.B. Gebäudehüllen mit mangelhafter Wärmedämmung (Indiz für die Bauausführung) erkannt. Oder es kann eine einwandfreie Wärmedämmung des Hauses/Fensterelemente bestätigt werden.

Die IR-Aufnahmen werden von uns gespeichert und können später mittels Computer als Bildnachweis ausgedruckt werden.
Damit verdeckte bauliche und architektonische Problemstellen frühzeitig erkannt und schon bei der Bauausführung behoben werden können, ist eine Analyse der Gebäudehülle mit modernen, thermisch und optisch hochauflösenden Thermografiesystemen durch erfahrene Thermografen notwendig. Mit der sehr anschaulichen und aussagekräftigen Falsch-Farbendarstellung können bei der Auswertung der Thermografieaufnahmen die Dämmungsfehler schnell analysiert werden und spätere teuren Folgeschäden und Energieverluste vermieden werden.
